Anti-discrimination policy:
Carrano Counselling is strongly committed to anti-discrimination. Zero tolerance of any form of discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age and marital/partnership status.
Price & payment policy:
Carrano Counselling is committed to improving the access of mental health services. For this reason, a 20 EUR reduction on the session fee will be offered to students, marginalized communities and unemployed citizens.

Cancellation/rescheduling policy:
All sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If not, the client commits to pay the entirety of the session fee. In the case of unforeseen circumstances the compensation fee will be forgone.
Confidentiality policy:
Carrano Counselling holds all records securely and will ensure confidentiality in the treatment of any information held about its clients. All information recorded and held is solely for the purpose of maintaining effective counselling treatment.
Ethical policy:
Carrano Counselling ensures the creation of a safe and compassionate space to deal with the intimate and sensitive issues of all clients. If Alessia Carrano is not equipped to provide the appropriate therapeutic care she holds herself responsible and accountable to inform the client before the beginning of any procedure.
